Please note that the background to this journal was made by wysiby - wysiby.frac.dk/ - as well as most of the pictures are hosted by him....also a good many of the funny quotes on here are most likley stolen from him :P.
Here are some other photos that I really liked. I've only been posting the ones that stand out to me, but I am going to start posting them to an online site where I can just link people to who want to see more than what I post here....or for people who usually have a lot of time on their hands and demand entertainment... (You know who you are :P). Anywho...on to the pictures.
Yet more pictures of my fair city. I use the term "city" loosely in this case. It's almost summer vacation time, and that means a few things. One being that I will have no kid for a while, which I am somewhat looking forward to, and somewhat dreading. It also means that the summer music festival is on it's way. I should get some good pictures there. I'm also going to be looking into copywriting my photos. I've helped someone get poetry copywrited, so it should not be too hard to do the same for photos. If need be, I have a dear friend who does it often, and can ask her. Anywho. Here are the aforementioned photos. Hope you enjoy (whoever actually reads this journal). Going to start posting to the photo journals I've just been lurking on, if only to get more traffic here.
I've started carrying my man's camera where ever I go, as he does not used it all that often, unless he is going to something the kid is participating in, and as such I have had many opportunities to take some good pictures. I've posted a series of flower pictures today. I also have a series of pictures called "the discarded" and "the city canvas". I'm also planning on getting the kid's hair dyed again, and getting her dressed up nicely and taking advantage of her drama queen nature. There may also be some pictures from a "Jane Austen tea party" that is coming up at the end of this month. If I can at all help it, there will be no pictures of me involved, but many of my friends, who will all be dressed in hand made dresses created by a friend of ours (the host and brain power behind this party). I'm quite the tomboy, but I am looking forward to getting dressed up in a dress that was custom made for me. She's worked hard on this, so I will even endeavour to behave myself and not swear like a sailor during tea time :P.
Here are some choice pictures I took in high school. a few are of a concert the music class did (Jesus Christ Super Star). Others are just of friends. It was taken with black and white film, which oddly turns out somewhat purple. I only photoshoped one of the pictures (which you will see a double of) to take away some details...I'm not sure about how it turned out, but posted it regardless. Enjoy.
Just a quick update saying "YAY!!!!". I'm quite excited at the moment, as a good friend of mine is switching to Apple computing systems and I am able to buy her computer, scanner, printer, ect off her for a good price. This means that as soon as I get it all, I will be furiously scanning all the photos I took before the digital camera came into my life. There are some really good ones, including some good black and white ones (using black and white film in a regular camera). Really, I'll just be relieved to have a computer again.

Some pictures I took of my step-daughter. She's a good model I have to say. When I dye her hair again I'll have to get her to do some more modelling for me :). We sometimes use what is called "Manic Panic" to colour her hair all kinds of odd colours. This time around we are going to do her long bangs bright red :).

Here is the origional piture I took of a red rose as well as what I did with it. It's just me messing around :). Also the new icon here is a picture of a chocolate swirl that was on my plate. Again, I was just messing around.

looks less like "a purple smurf hurled all over a Sony Ericson phonecell!"...now it looks more like "an arcade game in a cellphone from Sony Ericson". >_
